The short seed resolves to https://joncodeofficial.github.io/gta-vice-city-wasm/. The page title is GTA: Vice City — WASM Port. It is an unofficial browser project, not affiliated with Rockstar Games. You must use your own legally obtained game.tar.gz. This directory does not offer or link that archive.

What this browser project offers

The page says to import game.tar.gz once. The file is stored locally in the browser with OPFS and served by a service worker. It says there is no CDN, no external server, and no recurring download, and that after the first import it works fully offline.

Optional panels import a PC save (.b or .zip) and skins (.bmp, .png, .jpg, or .zip). Skins change Tommy's street outfit, not cutscenes, and are picked in the game under Options, then Player Skin Setup. The page also has a cheats toggle and a language select that lists English.

Startup

Open the project page linked below. Bring a game.tar.gz you already have the right to use. On that page, select the file and wait until local storage is confirmed, then press Start to play.

The project page also shows a control that downloads game.tar.gz. This directory does not link it and does not tell you to fetch the archive from there.

The project page includes a touch-control layer and a prompt to rotate the device. A printed keyboard chart was not on the project page. Credits on the page name the browser client, reVCDOS, and a WASM engine. Those names are credits, not download buttons.
